We’re thrilled to announce that our 40th Charity Gala will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Oakville Convention Centre. This elegant black-tie evening will unite families, alumni, business leaders, and community supporters for a night of culture and celebration. All proceeds will directly support over 110 children and youth in our ensemble by funding costumes, instruments, workshops, and cultural exchange opportunities.

New Season Kickoff for 2024/2025 Folklore Dance Program!
We are excited to announce the start of our 2024/2025 Serbian Folklore Dance season with Kosovski Bozuri-Oakville! Our first practices will take place on Tuesday, September 10, and Thursday, September 12, welcoming both new and returning dancers. This season promises to be one of the most vibrant yet, with expanded ensembles and a focus on preserving our rich cultural heritage through traditional Serbian dance. We encourage all registered participants to review practice schedules and come prepared with proper attire and a water bottle for each session.

Growing Enthusiasm and New Opportunities 
This year, we've seen an overwhelming number of registrations, particularly for our younger ensembles. To accommodate this growth and ensure each child receives the best possible instruction, we may adjust groupings after the first two weeks of practice. Our dedicated choreographers are eager to work with dancers of all ages to showcase their talent and bring the beauty of Serbian folklore to life. Stay tuned for updates on performances and additional events throughout the season!

To get ready for the upcoming holiday season, SFE Kosovski Bozuri - 1st Ensemble is excited to announce our Poinsettia Fundraiser! We’re offering beautiful poinsettias from Terra Greenhouse in Burlington, perfect for adding festive cheer to any space.

Options include:

• Holiday Blast – 8" pot for $35 ***Available in Red, Pink & White***

• Santa's Table Top – 8" Tri Pan for $20

All funds raised will support our 1st ensemble dancers in their journey to St. Petersburg, Florida, in February 2025.

Pick up your poinsettias at St. Peter and Paul Church Hall in Oakville, 1039 Dundas St W, on:

• Tuesday, December 10, from 7-9 PM

• Thursday, December 12, from 7-9 PM
